When will I receive my order?
It takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days to reach with ground shipping. Expedited service is available with additional shipping costs.

Canadian Orders?
Orders to Canada only have the shipping option of standard ground service and rates. GST and cross border duty fees are not included in My Chess Set's final price.

Where will my order be shipped from?
All of our chess components are either imported from Europe or home grown in North America. It is shipped from one of our warehouse in the United States. We ship to North America.

What if the items is not in stock when I order?
