Return Policy

Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The item must be returned to us in good saleable condition and you must pay for return shipping & handling. If the item is damaged because of poor packing there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Shipping damage

If an item is damaged in shipping, we put in a UPS claim and ask you to assist us in keeping the box, packing materials etc. Once the claim is filed we will replace the item free of charge for you.

Defective Item

If an item has a manufacturer defect we will replace or refund. In the case of missing or duplicate chess pieces, we will supply needed pieces at no charge.

Customer Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it for a full refund, less shipping charges.

Chess Piece Replacement

We will replace chess pieces as needed over time for a nominal charge. The charge per piece depends on the set, and you pay shipping.
